The Object of their Worship.

A. They came looking for Jesus.
Galatians 4:4–5 ESV
But when the fullness of time had come, God sent forth his Son, born of woman, born under the law, to redeem those who were under the law, so that we might receive adoption as sons.
John 4:24 ESV
God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.”
Isaiah 9:6 ESV
For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
Worship was on their mind as the King had made his arrival on earth.
